Re: So who is the forum veteran?
I can almost categorically Hass is the forum veteran. FFS - he started out on the CricInfo in 1999 forum which became the old C4 forum in 2000 (the one where registration wasn't required and was infamous for impostering), then C4 circa 2002 changed to a totally new format with registration. Then we came him.
I started in late 2000.
I think Tom (is he Eric Amu now) was around with Hass at the start. Unless I am mistaken I don't think Angela jumped on board till 2001 (at the earliest????)

Re: So who is the forum veteran?
It's so long ago, that I can hardly remember, registration may well have come into place during 2001 then.
It had to have been after Sept 2001. Because I remember the forum was in meltdown after that fateful day, and there was a lot of impostering and it was in the old C4 format of no registration.

Registration is essential, but the times of non-registration was simply a riot. The amount of impostering going on produced some of the highest quality forumming ever. It was funny times. Poor Jay was impsotered so often, he was replying to six different topics at the same time. It was hilarious.
Edit: Jay as in Jay Patel.

2001-2002 summer I started as 'Whispering Jack' on the original ABC forum. I remember I was locked in deadly emnity with the Canetoad Mafia just about from day 1.
