Re: Steyn vs Lee
I will wait for Steyn to play Aus before making any judgement. Perhaps the title of the thread should be "Steyn v New Lee" because Steyn probably carps all over the old Lee.

Re: Steyn vs Lee
Well..... Lee atm. He has played SL and India (And England in the last 2) since he became not shite. Steyn has just been bullying NZ and the Windies.

Re: Steyn vs Lee
Lee is more mature now, and slightly quicker(Although not quite as quick as he used to be). Steyn is rougher around the edges, but does more with the ball, and produces more wicket taking deliveries.
Probably just Lee at the moment, but Steyn is getting better all the time.

I cannot get over Lee's improvement recently.
I'd go Lee.

Re: Steyn vs Lee
Lee atm has the record on the board but Steyn at age 24 has a big future if he continues in this vein. I agree he does more with the ball but can also be erratic and has shown a recent tendency to get flustered. If the Aussies hit him all around the park he'll have to retain his composure and self-belief.

Re: Steyn vs Lee
Sad to see how Lee going from floor 6 to floor 2 in just a few months.
Steyn is currently at floor 8 where he is currently working, one floor higher and he will meet his predecessor Donald who is currently there working with Waqar Younis

Link to one of several threads where Trev was barring up about Yuvraj.
Oh gosh, he scored two half-centuries against England, at home, so he must be a world beater. His career average is still 36 with the bat, not really good enough for a bloke who's been in and out of the Test side for five years. Unless of course, you're referring to his presence as a 'Sobers type' all-rounder, because the two wickets he took against England make all the difference, they dragged his bowling average down below, wait for it, 40. It's now 38 point something.
You were the one talking him up, and he's still done, well, not much... Your next question, dickhead?

Could've been worse, you could've been some stoopid pommy whinger talking up an Indian 'all rounder' who's done nothing.
