Pup gets rid of the classy Chandimal.

I'm liking the two balls in play rule change. No dirty ball replacement and still a chance for the quicks to get something out of the <25 over old ball. It also brings back the old simple calc of if the runs left equals runs required (i.e. 6 runs per over), it's starting to get tricky.

Jury's unanimous. Wade is a sh!tload better gloveman than Haddit. Great catch to get rid of CoolaShaker of the God-botherer. 7-143, and Aus possibly in front now.

A left-armer bowling, and 16 runs needed to win. Sounds familiar.

Aye BD, kudos to the Lankans for taking it to the wire but really Aus should have cantered that in.

Damn, I MUST be getting old. As the game looked to be meandering to an easy Aus win (after Koolashaker went to the God-botherer to make it 7-140), I dozed off for a Nanna nap. Woke up after midnight with Foxy Sportsnews telling me that the finish was pretty exciting. The Chief said as much this morning. "Why didn't you wake me up???" was my response. D'oh.

Anywho, good effort by the lads to defend a smallish target.
