Congratulations Pakistan
After all of the controversy with Pakistan, it's genuinely good to see them not just being competitive, but comprehensively outplaying the number 1 test team in the world. It's a shame this is only a 3 match series, but well done on the win. Their supporters deserve a bit of success after all of the sh!t they have had to put up with and whilst I would have rather it was against another team, I really am pleased to see them playing good cricket again.

Agree, fantastic to see them being successful again. Massive respect for Misbah, he's done brilliantly to stabilise this once rocking boat.

Re: Congratulations Pakistan
It's quite amazing the turnaround since the spot fixing tour. Watching today I got the impression that every single player wanted to win for their country.
Such a shame that they got to Amir, I know he could have said no but if he had never been approached then he could be spearheading Pakistan's bowling attack. I think they are missing a quick of his class.

Aye, he's a top prospect but "he committed a crime and he's doing the time". If he comes back, then all the best to him. I think the turning point was the West Indies test which Pakistan were edged out by 40 runs.

Re: Congratulations Pakistan
Agree with all the above. Misbah seems to have blossomed both with bat and with brain since he took over.

And is a calm head in a crisis.
Just like England's batting lineup. (Not.)

Agree with the OP! Performance of Misbah and Mohsin Khan(selector plus coach) has been amazing! This win would go down as one of Pakistan's finest ever.

Re: Congratulations Pakistan
Perhaps a top 15 greatest win of all time after
Bangalore 87, Chennai 99, Oval 54, Kolkata 99, Durban 98, Multan 05, Leeds 87, Lords 92, Georgetown 88, Sydney late 70s, karachi 06(vs IND) were better.
