For Sydney based forummers
I am going to the LBW Trust dinner next week. 2 of the silent auction prizes are:
3) A round of golf for 3 people with Steve Waugh at the renowned Australian Golf Club.
4) A Boardroom Lunch (or Dinner at a top restaurant of your choice) for 6 people with the swashbuckling Adam Gilchrist.
I am trying to put together a consortium of sorts to bid on either of these. Please PM me if you have any interest and with how much you would be prepared to spend.

I'd love to join in, JGK but my wallet is welded shut.
And my back is farked, so the golf prize would be just a tease.

Re: For Sydney based forummers
I spoke to The Lady Empress about this last night.
She said 'sure, just make sure we still have enough for the Imperial Princess's wedding'.
And there was something in the tome of her voice that led me to believe she didn't really mean 'sure'...

If you put her by the side of the road with a price tag you might get an impulse buyer

Nah, one test drive, and the whining noise would see the keys being handed back instantly.

The lass has been a nightmare for 10 years. Just starting to grow out of it. Amazing really, that she's made her 20s without me strangling her.
