Re: BCCI: What a bunch of retards!!!!
Looks like the retards at BCCI have taken to clowning and comedy seriously. The retard Rajiv Shukla made a stupid statement yet again:
An under-pressure BCCI on Saturday promised "corrective measures" after the Indian cricket team was humbled 0-4 by Australia in the Test series but refused to comment on the future of the struggling senior players, saying that remains in the hands of selectors.
India lost the fourth Test by 298 runs in Adelaide, completing an eighth consecutive Test loss on foreign soil and second successive series whitewash abroad.
Struggling to explain the debacle, senior BCCI functionary Rajiv Shukla conceded, "We haven't performed well, everyone accepted that...the Australians played very well and we all recognise that. We are equally concerned and certainly corrective measures will be taken."
Shukla, also the IPL chairman, pinned his hopes on the ODI tri-series, also featuring Sri Lanka, starting February 5. He hoped that the team would script a recovery in the shorter format.
"...we hope that we will do well in the ODI series, the BCCI President has also expressed this feeling. We are quite optimistic about the ODI series. Sometimes it happens, our top batsmen were not in form. We should accept this fact," said Shukla.
Asked why the promised 'corrective measures' did not come about when a similar humiliation happened in England last year, Shukla retorted, "...corrective measures were taken. That's why we could beat them 5-0 on our soil. We beat West Indies also but the problem is that everybody forgets about the series we win and remember the series we lose."
Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni and the team's senior players -- most notably the batting trio of Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman -- are under scrutiny following poor performances. But Shukla refused to say anything on their future.
"That is the selectors' domain. We can't comment on that. Whatever they decide, we would accept that. It's the job of selectors to decide about captain. Whatever anybody has said in a press conference does not mean anything to us unless it is communicated officially," he said.
On whether the Board is unhappy with the way things are going under new coach Duncan Fletcher, Shukla said, "There are no such things. We are not disappointed."
Bloody clown! How is possibly doing well in one day matches going to help where our test form is concerned again? When did we beat England 5-0 in tests at home? These retards are still mixing up one day wins with test results and pretending all is well in Alice in Wonderland! And how can they be disappointed in getting raped in 8 consecutive tests overseas? Isn't running IPL and one day matches the main priority?

Re: BCCI: What a bunch of retards!!!!
I seriously want to see India losing the one day triangular badly. I would love to see what rock BCCI choose to duck under of we start losing the one day format as well as means of their justification for losing tests.
And to think the clowns wanted to add more teams and more matches in IPL.....

Re: BCCI: What a bunch of retards!!!!
Now what will the poor BCCI do since India is now not done well enough even in JAMODIs? Didn't those great game lovers Shukla and Srinivasan along with Gautwat drum on how India would do well in one dayers as it was a different ball game altogether. Again it seems no lessons learnt and no responsibility lost. Sachin will be playing JAMODIs this month, Sehwag 'rested' for injury [then does that mean he wouldn't have played the finals if India had qualified? Strange things are going on behind closed doors.] and no announcement of any looking into the fiascoes in England and Australia? What have we fans done to have sich wonderful maa ka laudas running our game for us?

On a side note, England should feel on top of the world for 'avenging' the test series whitewash against Pakistan, by brown washing them back on one dayers.

Re: BCCI: What a bunch of retards!!!!
While the mystery of why the BCCI agreed for a single T20 in SA at the end of a hectic calender will never be solved, it's funny to see twat BCCI sending in a full strength team for this meaning;less shit despite top players struggling with injuries and fatigue, while the hosts Proteas has chosen to rest most key players after a tour against the Snoozers.
