Does anyone remember this match? Australia vs NZ at the MCG in 1987
McDermott(5/97), Hadlee(5/109 and 5/67), Tony Dodemaide (6/58)

3rd Test West Indies vs India Queens Park Oval 1989
Ayub(5/117), Marshall (5/34 and 6/55), Kapil Dev(5/58)

I seriously need to find a life.

Aye x 3. And I certainly remember the 87-88 MCG Test. It was Tony Dodemaide's debut and he made 50 and took a michelle on debut. The game famously finished with Aus 9 down and 17 short of victory after cruising at 3-147 and 5-209 chasing 247 for victory. Renowned rabbit no. 11 Mike Whitney played out the whole last over to Paddles Hadlee for the draw.

And checked the 2nd missing ancient one and there was 2 4-fers in the 4th innings but not a 5-fer. Apologies.

Bryan Waddle never stopped mentioning the umpire for that (Australia NZ) match during the second test.

I gotta go out for a bit, but here's another record that cropped up in the Durban Test. Jackie Kallis made a pair to join a select band of batsmen who have made a century in each innings of a Test AND made a pair. Who are the other 11 to achieve it?

Century in each innings AND a pair in Tests (alphabetically):

Most obvious answer, I would have thought, pair v. Oz at Edgbaston, 1975, 333 & 123 (exceeding Lara's tally by 56 for most runs in a Test) v. India, Lord's 1990. Good start, though, Trikes.
