OK Frommie, piss this thread off to the general forum. The massive wank is over, and doesn't need to clutter up the Rikki board any more.

Can't believe that the Sixers won. A travesty of natural justice. I suppose Stevie Nix will want his place back in the OZ T20 side now. Rolling Eyes

It was a major feather in the new NSP's cap that they dropped Smith from all forms of the game. Under Hildick he was a first choice selection in all formats & ended up being one of the highest paid cricketers in the country ...& what did he do?....absolutely fark all......over & over again.

Should be there as a bowler rather than a all rounder, avg 22 with the ball in JAMITTs, 34 in JAMODIs is not to shabby.
Agreed his bowling at test match level is not up to syandard

I'm afraid Smiffy is bound to be another ShyT. Can't really bat, can't really bowl, fields pretty well and goes OK as a captain. Pretty sad that we are arguing between Bailey and Smith for the T20 captaincy when neither should be within a bull's roar of the national side ATM.

I agree that Baileys selection was pretty left field but i'd suggest he is a better captain than Smith & we'll just have to see how he performs with the bat.
