The last lap was a cracker.

Bernard was very lucky to get out of that earlier fiery crash unscathed.

It'll do - because starting a thread for other V8 nooz would be lame.

Qld Cops launch Operation Seymour II

Which, given it's an exercise to stop girls flashing their boobies, should surely have been named Operation Seyless.

And it's another reason not to watch the race if successful.

Looks like Nissan will be in the Great Race next year. Not that Nissan have a V8 sedan in Aust at the moment.

Good news. Might inject a little interest back into the race.

Phurt, the race never lost interest. It's easily the grousest weekend of the V8 Supercar championship.

As long as it's not akin to that farkin unbeatable Nissan Skyline "Godzilla" of the early 90s, Nissan are welcome to make up the numbers.

Well the current GTR is a V6 Turbo AWD dual clutch semi-automatic coupe.

So the only box it ticks for being a V8 Supercar is "car".

I see the Kelly Brothers have signed up to drive the Datsuns next year.

"Kelly Racing will develop the 2013 Nissan V8 Supercar in a secret off-site facility away from the main team operations in 2012, it was revealed in the press conference on Thursday."

----------------------------------------

I repeat - let there be no repeat of the farkin arsehole Godzilla.
