What happened between 11 Mar 1996 and 3 Dec 2007?

Post by skully on Wed 19 Jan 2011, 18:40

Was watching Discovery Channel this arvo (some doomsday scenario about Coronal Mass Ejections - massive magnetic waves that could wipe out electricity grids across the world). Interesting but depressing stuff. At the end of the show they had a little between-shows-filler. These dates happen to bookend 2 great eras. Australia's reign as supreme cricketing nation in all forms (save the blip of Ashes 05) AND LJH's reign as PM - a period of great prosperity for the nation and JGK's personal wealth.

LJH - what a farkin legend. cheers

Indeed, that rat faced Ranga and her cronies have killed pink bat installing kiddies, flooded brisbane and destroyed our cricket side.

HTF are they not in gaol?

Meh, I'm not even sure that he exists.

I think he may just be a zimmy alter ego

Have to LOL at skully looking for animal porn on Discovery Channel and satisfying that particular itch with warm gooey memories of The Lying Rodent.

Well that's a pretty p!ss-poor comeback ol' bean. Must try harder. You shouldn't be tipping us off to your Discovery Channel festishes, now should you. MrsK would be quite horrified. Razz

Now get on over and answer some triv, thanks.

LJH - legend and messiah of Aus cricket. hello

His finest moment was handing over the Rugby World Cup to the Poms.

The effortless grace and poise of a timeless statesman.
