How did you find out about the C4/Flaming Bails forums?

I came across the C4 forum in July 1999 when it was a part of cricinfo.

I found the C4 forums while i was at school when we were allowed on the computers. Not sure what i was looking for originally but i somehow stumbled on to it. It must have been 98/99.

I remember we didn't have to login to post and you could post under any name. Or am i thinking of another forum?

I seem to remember with the very first C4 forum, you had to set up a username and password, but your comments were posted delayed, ie they had to be approved by a moderator before they went up. It would take between 5 minutes and 5 hours for your comments to be approved depending on if the moderator was online or not. Good times.

I stumbled on the C4 site just prior to its coverage of the '05 Ashes, and this place after I asked Lever (I think) where everyone had gone a few years later.
